The Space
Experience an unforgettable beach escape at "Emerald Paradise." This 3-bed/2-bath condo on the fourth floor provides stunning views of emerald waters and sugar-white sands along the Gulf coast. Recently renovated, this gem offers a stylish interior and a private huge 30-foot balcony which is accessible from the living room or the master bedroom. Simply slide open the doors and step outside to enjoy the ocean breeze. Here you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating including a large corner sofa overlooking the beach, a chaise lounge chair, and a dining area.
What could be a better way to relax than sipping wine while gazing out over the emerald waters? Many happy hours can be spent on the balcony, an ideal spot for dolphin watching, seeing those breathtaking sunsets or just listening to those soothing sounds of crashing waves.
Of course, if you’re looking for a more active vacation, then look no further than the resort amenities. A shared, heated pool is available year-round and operates between 7am and 10pm. Use the BBQ area, pickleball and tennis courts, or shuffleboard for some fantastic family activities. During your stay, you’ll also have private beach access which is a 5-minute walk from the building.
Between March 1 and October 31, rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella). Beach Service hours are from 9am-5pm.

This place was perfect!! The location was fantastic. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and a short drive to all major department stores and grocery stores. The boardwalk was a short drive as well. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful! Edward really thought of all the details down to the cooking supplies. You have a fully stocked kitchen! The best part by far are the views. We spent every night on the patio overlooking the ocean which was stunning. Lastly, Edward is extremely responsive and understanding. We cannot wait to come back.

Wow what a beautiful space!! If I could give it 10 stars we would!! Perfect location in Destin! Beautiful large balcony was a plus, and the bunk room was a hit with our kids!! We will be back!!! We loved how the building wasn’t crazy huge so we never waited for any elevator and the beach is steps away from the building!! Kitchen was fabulous for cooking !! Such a great use of storage space also! We had places for everything!!! The full size washer and dryer was another huge A+ , very quite ! Nothing was missed in the beautifully renovated condo!! Bravo Edward, we will be back!

Crab Island
Crab Island is the perfect combination of sun, sand, and sparkling emerald waters! The shallow emerald green waters, obstacle courses and floating bars have made it one of the most popular things to do on the entire Gulf Coast for boaters, paddlers, and swimmers alike! Featured on HGTV and Good Morning America, Crab Island’s fame has been growing at a rapid pace. At one point, it actually was an island, but sands from the Gulf of Mexico have eroded it over the years to turn it into what it is today. In most places on Crab Island, the depth of the water is about 1-4 ft. It’s the perfect place to anchor your boat down and have a good time out in the sun!

I was born and raised in New Orleans and absolutely love this city. Between the awesome food, extremely unique culture and the southern hospitality, there’s no other place like it in the world. My profession is to build and renovate houses in New Orleans. I particularly love to take these 100+ year old houses and bring them back to there glory for future generations to enjoy and appreciate them as well. When I do get away, Destin Florida has always been our escape to place. My family has been going there for over 25 years and I’m thrilled to have finally completed our dream beachfront property to enjoy and share with others.
